Getting StartedOur highly qualified, experienced clinical staff assist Dr. Hilliard at each of your visits. They are well trained science of orthodontics and meet rigorous continuing education standards. You can rest assured that some of the most knowledgeable orthodontic assistants in the country are on our team! For your convenience, Dr. Hilliard maintains a full service orthodontic laboratory on-site staffed by experienced technicians who are exceptionally well trained in the art and science of orthodontic appliance construction. This on-site lab reduces wait time for appliances or repairs for out patients and allows for production of the quality appliances that we are known for. The appointment for you get your appliances placed (braces, expanders, etc) usually takes from one to two hours. The insertion appointments are longer in length than the routine adjustment appointments you will have during the course of treatment and the initial insertion appointments are always scheduled in the mid-morning. We value your time and understand your concerns about school and work. Although not all appointments are able to be scheduled in the late afternoon, our schedule is "DESIGNED FOR YOU" and allows many of the appointments to be scheduled at your favorite time.
